How do you ship?
We do flat rate shipping for the entire continental US, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We only charge $5 per order for shipping and handling fees.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All items purchased will arrive in a plain bubble envelope and sent from "Shipping Department" as the sender.
What payment options do you accept?
We do not accept credit card payments due to the high-risk of fraud. We offer most major forms of secure payment methods. Here's a list of all our available payment methods:

Return/Claim Policy
We do not offer refunds and practice a no-exception policy. Be sure to ask as many questions as you like before submitting payment. If your product is damaged in shipment contact us by within 48 hours of receipt.
Additionally, it is your responsibility to provide an mailing address that is secure. We receive delivery confirmation on all shipments. If you do not receive the product once it is has been confirmed as delivered, we will not provide a replacement order. If on the other hand, the package is lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is provided to us, we will re-ship at no cost to you. Please understand these strict claim guidelines before you order.
