What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds and practice a no-exception policy. Be sure to ask as many questions as you like before submitting payment. If your product is damaged in shipment contact us by within 48 hours of receipt.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to provide an mailing address that is secure. We receive delivery confirmation on all shipments. If you do not receive the product once it is has been confirmed as delivered, we will not provide a replacement order. If on the other hand, the package is lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is provided to us, we will re-ship at no cost to you.
