In order to continue to provide the best prices online, we have instituted a return and claim policy. First, if you receive a damaged product, you must email (littlebottles4u@gmail.com)  within 48 hours of receipt of product, and mail it back to us at the return address on the package, at your expense. Package must be postmarked within 2 days of receipt.

It’s your responsibility to provide an mailing address that is secure. We receive delivery confirmation on all shipments. If you do not receive the product once it is has been confirmed as delivered, we will not provide a replacement order. If on the other hand, the package is lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is provided to us, we will re-ship at no cost to you.
